First-hand advice at careers expo

Students and their parents had the opportunity to meet with university and other tertiary providers at ACG Tauranga’s  Tertiary & Careers Expo last week.

The University of Auckland; Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology; The University of Waikato; University of Otago and Massey University were on the scene to answer questions and share information alongside ACG Tauranga’s subject specialist teachers.

“The event was a great success and visitors left armed with a range of options and information,” said ACG Tauranga Principal Shawn Hutchinson.

“It was a fantastic opportunity for us to work closely with local and national tertiary providers to ensure our students are poised for a seamless and successful transition to further study when they leave our classrooms.”
