Jackie Webb

Jackie comes to ACG Tauranga with over 13 years of experience teaching mathematics in New Zealand, including a role at King’s College in Auckland. She has taught Cambridge International Examinations to A Level in Pure Mathematics, and NCEA through to Scholarship in both Statistics and Modelling and Calculus.

Passionate about excellence and effort within mathematics, Jackie strives to ensure that students reach their mathematical potential. Over the last five years, she has been involved with the educational community through governance, in the role of Trustee and Chair of the Board of Trustees, at Otumoetai Primary School.

Jackie recently graduated from Massey University with a Master of Education with First Class Honours, majoring in Mathematical Education. Her thesis focussed on the motivations of mathematics students. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching and Learning from the Christchurch College of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland.
